Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Redbo website, admin portal, and embeddable widget. By continuing to use the Service you agree to them in full.

1. Definitions

In these Terms of Use, unless the context requires otherwise:

  • "The Company" / "Redbo" – Redbo Ltd.
  • "The Website" – the website located at redbo.ai
  • "The Service" – the website, the admin portal, the embeddable widget, and any related Redbo product or service
  • "The User" – any person browsing the website or using the Service
  • "The Customer" – the legal entity that contracts with Redbo to use the Service
  • "Connected Sources" – websites, knowledge bases, documents, and other content the Customer connects to the Service for indexing and AI-generated responses

2. General

Use of the Service is subject to the terms detailed below. Continued use of the Service constitutes full agreement to these terms.

3. Copyrights and Intellectual Property

All content provided by the Company through the Service, including software, design, computer code, texts, images, graphics, audio files, video files, and any other material (hereinafter: "the Content"), is the exclusive property of the Company or of third parties who have permitted the Company to use it.

4. Permitted Use and Intended Content

The Service is intended to operate over public information, organizational knowledge bases, and Connected Sources approved by the Customer. Users and Customers shall use the Service only for these intended purposes and only with content they are authorized to provide.

5. Prohibited Content

Users and Customers shall not submit to the Service — through chat, forms, uploads, integrations, Connected Sources, or any other input — any of the following:

  • Personal data of identifiable individuals beyond what is strictly necessary for the intended use
  • Sensitive personal data, including health and medical information
  • Financial account details, payment card numbers, bank credentials, or any other payment-instrument data
  • National identification numbers, passport numbers, or similar government-issued identifiers
  • Passwords, security tokens, API keys, or other authentication secrets
  • Information whose submission would violate applicable law or third-party rights

6. Customer Responsibility for Connected Sources

The Customer is responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and content of any source it connects to the Service. The Customer represents that it has the right to make Connected Sources available to the Service for processing and that the Connected Sources do not contain prohibited content as defined above. The Customer shall maintain appropriate access controls on Connected Sources and shall promptly disconnect any source that becomes inappropriate for processing.

7. Redbo’s Right to Redact, Block, Anonymize, or Delete

Without derogating from any other right, Redbo may, at its discretion, redact, mask, block, anonymize, or delete any content identified as prohibited under these Terms or that poses a risk to users, customers, or the operation of the Service. Such measures may be applied automatically by the Service’s safeguards or following manual review, and may include suspending the relevant functionality.

8. AI Output Limitations

The Service uses artificial intelligence, including external large language models, to generate responses. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, and is provided for informational and operational support purposes only. AI output does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Users and Customers should independently verify any output before relying on it for material decisions.

9. No Payment Processing

The Service does not process payments. Payment instruments must not be submitted through the Service. Any commercial payments between the Customer and Redbo are handled outside the Service through separately agreed channels.

10. Prohibited Use

The User undertakes not to use the Service or its content for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:

  • Infringement of copyrights or intellectual property
  • Distribution of offensive, insulting, or illegal content
  • Attempting to harm the operation of the Service or its systems
  • Collecting information about other users without their consent
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing security mechanisms

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service or reliance on information provided through it, including AI-generated content.

12. Changes to the Terms of Use

The Company may amend these Terms of Use from time to time. The changes will take effect upon their publication on the website.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by Israeli law. The competent court to adjudicate any dispute arising from these terms shall be the competent court in Israel.
