Technology

How does the agent work?
The agent is built on a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture. Your documents are embedded in a semantic search index, and before every call to the AI model, the agent retrieves the most relevant content from your organization's material. The model only "sees" content you've approved — it doesn't fabricate, and it doesn't rely on open internet sources.
Which AI model do you use?
Redbo supports Multi-LLM — we route different tasks between Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI (GPT), Gemini (Google), and xAI. This provides resilience against vendor outages, cost optimization, and the ability to adopt new models on day one — at no additional charge.
How do you prevent hallucinations?
Three layers of protection: 1) RAG — the agent only sees your organization's documents. 2) Known Answers — recurring questions have verbatim approved responses that override the model. 3) Preset Answers — sensitive scenarios have pre-defined templates. Most important: when verified information isn't available, the agent refuses rather than inventing.
How fast does it respond?
Median production response time: 2.1 seconds from "Send" to first response. The agent streams the answer — you see it being written in real time.

Channels

Which channels do you support?
Three channels, one management interface: 1) Website — single script tag, popup widget or full embed. 2) WhatsApp Business — through an approved Meta BSP, regulatory-compliant in Israel. 3) Telegram — direct webhook. A visitor who starts on one channel gets the same service quality on all others.
Do you support WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp Business is integrated through an approved Meta BSP (Business Solution Provider), regulatory-compliant in Israel. You'll get a dedicated WhatsApp number, customized greetings, and quick-reply buttons for common questions.
How do I embed the chat on my site?
Single script tag on your site: `<script src="https://client.alephaleph.ai/widget/chat.js" data-customer-id="YOUR_ID" async></script>`. The widget loads asynchronously, adapts to mobile and desktop, and fully supports RTL for Hebrew. Full-page embed (iframe) is also available.

Five first-class languages: Hebrew (base), English, Arabic, Russian, and Spanish. Every language is first-class — not machine translation. Automatic language detection: the visitor writes in their language, the agent replies in the same one.

Is my data secure?
Yes. Industry-grade security: Database-level Tenant Isolation (your data is never shown to another customer), Encryption at Rest (AES-256) + Encryption in Transit (TLS 1.3), MFA + Google SSO, full Audit Log, full compliance with Israel's Privacy Protection Law (5741-1981) including Amendment 13, and GDPR-ready.
Do you train the model on my data?
No. Models do not train on customer content. Your data is used only for retrieval (RAG). It does not flow back to OpenAI/Anthropic/Google for training. This is critical for the public sector, law firms, and any organization handling sensitive information.
How do you handle personal information visitors send?
PII Safety Intent Detection — the agent automatically identifies when a visitor is attempting to expose an ID, credit card, or personal information, and responds: "Please don't send ID numbers via chat. For personal information, contact..." In addition, automatic PII Redaction removes sensitive numbers from logs and analytics.
